Our Fiction Wall is loaded with books at only $2.00 EACH, a savings of 1/3 to 1/2 off the regular price.
Our “Current Release” section is 50% off the sticker price, with sale prices from $2.50-4.50. These are releases from 2022-24, and will run April 2-13 only, so drop in early for best selection.
The Short Stories/Essays section is reduced to just 50c EACH during the month. If you’re short on reading time, this may be just the ticket.

Book Donation Info
We are always in need of gently-used materials to keep our selection fresh. We are in particular need of the non-Fiction categories: History, Biography, Military, Science, etc. However, we ask that you check the Donations Guidelines before packing your donation, as many categories have limits (such as, nothing published more than 5 years ago). We accept donations on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 10am-4pm, at our large rollup door behind the store. Pull into the parking lot and look for us, where we’ll quickly screen your donation and provide a receipt if you like. If you are donating more than 2-3 bags/boxes, please phone ahead (415-209-0212) to check if we have room to take your donation, or if you have questions about anything you wish to donate.
